it looks like sepia, but that corner of sky on the right suggests a color shot. obtaining this effect without some heavy post processing is far from being easy, and if they are the actual colors, well, you did an excellent job even if only this aspect were evaluated. but the image has more to feature. it's street photography, and it's incredibly alive; and the details that can be appreciated through (and despite) the fog, or dust, is stunning. the depth of field is beyond what one would expect. and finally, the composition has a particular asymmetry that forces the eye to browse the whole image in every direction. in a word, i love it.
Thank you for the great comment. There was no real color except the sky. I shifted the cast of the dust which was a bit greenish and muddy. But I didn't de-saturate or anything like that. I was really taken by the scene as we approached it in the car, I took four shots. This one captured the 'action' best. I really love it too.
